Are you cruelty-free?

Yes we are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test in any sort of way on our furry little friends. It is important that the brand is Vegan for a lot of reasons, but mainly because we love all living things and insist that there is a place for all on this planet. We were all born on this planet, therefore we should cherish and not destroy.

Are you Vegan?

Yes we are 100% Vegan and proud to be certified by the Vegan Society.

Do your Eyeshadow products contain any Mica?

Yes, however, we make sure that our Mica is ethically sourced to remain sustainable. We are working towards making Reckless Cosmetics a Clean brand.

Do your Lip Lights contain any Palm Oil?

No, Absolutely NOT!

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime. Right now we only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.

How do you suggest applying your products?

We suggest using your fingertips to help the product melt into your skin. Our products are made to be easy to use, on the go application.

What is your return policy?

We believe in your safety. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, once open or used, you cannot return your products for health and security reasons. Unless, your shipment has arrived in an unkindly manner, we will only send replacements for damaged or missing products. Reckless Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Please contact hello@recklesscosmetics.uk if you wish to return.

I’ve emailed your customer service team, when should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches. 

What are your hours of business? 

Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

If you've emailed us during the weekend, please expect an answer Monday morning.

I have not received a confirmation for my order, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation E- mail after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@recklesscosmetics.uk with your enquiry.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

How long does my order take to process?

We do our best to process your order on the same day we receive it (Monday to Friday). If we receive your order on the weekend or a public holiday in the UK, we’ll process it on Monday or the next business day.

What can I do if I've put in the wrong Shipping Address?

Please email us directly at hello@recklesscosmetics.uk with your correct address so we can can amend it as quickly as possible. Once the order has been processed, there is no way to change it.
