Shipping Policy

Delivery

England, Scotland and Wales:

Orders placed before 12.00 (pm) will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 12.00 (pm) will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered the next working day after.  We deliver Monday to Saturday inclusive.  Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. You can choose at checkout 24 hours at £4.95 or 48 hour delivery at £3.95. Goods will be sent and tracked via Hermes you will receive tracking information by email. 

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man:

For goods to be sent to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man please choose Northern Ireland at check out and the charge is £5.95. Goods will be delivered in 4-5 working days.

Other Islands:

Please contact hello@recklesscosmetics.uk for shipping to other UK Islands, including the Channel Islands, Highlands, Scilly and Shetlands.

Canada:

For goods to be sent to Canada please choose Canada at check out and the charge is £12.95.  Goods will be delivered in 6 - 9 working days.

USA:

For goods to be sent to the USA please choose USA at check out and the charge is £5.95.  Goods will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days.

Australia:

For goods to be sent to Australia please choose Australia at check out and the charge is £10.95.  Goods will be delivered in 5 - 10 working days. 

If you see an error in the delivery address after you have submitted your order, please email: hello@recklesscosmetics.uk as soon as possible. If the goods have been dispatched, you may incur an additional charge for the re-direction of your order, but if your goods have not yet been dispatched we will do our best to amend the delivery address with no extra charge. Your order may be delayed as a result of the amendment. 

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied at the checkout by the customer.

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man.

Please contact hello@recklesscosmetics.uk for availability of delivery to the Highlands and The Islands, Channel Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, which may be available at an extra cost.

We do not ship to the EU, or internationally for the time being.

Each destination address will require a separate order, you will be unable to order to multiple addresses on one order.

All times stated for delivery are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays outside of our control. We will take steps to minimise the delay and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Cancellation Policy

Because these are goods that are sealed for hygiene purposes, you do not have a legal right to cancel your order. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer 24 hours in which you can cancel your order if you’ve changed your mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@recklesscosmetics.uk with as many details about your order as you can with your name and address. Because we process orders so quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will always be in a position to cancel your order before dispatch and if this happens  please refer to our Returns and Refund policy below.

Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return your item please email hello@recklesscosmetics.uk immediately. You will need to return the goods in its original condition within 7 working days of placing your order, following the steps below.

  1. Please contact hello@recklesscosmetics.uk if you wish to return your item and give as many details about your order as you can (what you bought, when you bought it, when you received it and your name and address with the order number) and the reason why you want to return it, for example if it is faulty. If we agree with your reason for returning the goods we will reply to you to arrange the return. Please ensure a picture of your receipt as well as the faulty goods.
  2. Please ensure that the item you wish to return is unopened, unless it is faulty. We will only refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition and returned within 7 working days. If this is not the case when items are received the refund will not be processed.
  3. You will need to return the whole order not just part of the goods for a full refund, unless the goods are damaged or faulty and you are requesting a replacement, in which case you only need to return the damaged/faulty goods. Please ensure a picture of your receipt as well as the faulty goods.
  4. Please send the goods to the address detailed on the delivery note: Reckless Cosmetics Ltd, Suite D2, The Quadrant, Mercury Court, Chester CH1 4QR. Please ensure you include your name, address and the order number within the package. 

All returned goods will be examined by us before we agree to process any refunds. We are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods unless they are damaged or faulty returns. We will also be unable to offer replacements on any goods that are deemed not damaged or faulty. We will notify you by email once your returns have been processed for a refund or a replacement.

Where we agree to a refund, it will be for the price you paid for the goods (excluding delivery costs) and we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Where we agree to replace the goods instead, the replacement will be processed within five working days. 

Ending the contract

We have the right to end the contract for the goods at any time by writing to you if:

  1. a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due; or
  2. b) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the goods, for example your full delivery address.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the goods in the English courts.

If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the goods in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
